Outdoor Summer Pilates Classes
From Wed June 4th - Wed August 27th
Join us every Wednesday evening at 8pm for a 45 minute full body outdoor Pilates class in The Meadows, Edinburgh.
This 45 minute full body Pilates class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels - modifications and advancements will be demonstrated throughout the class. Bring your bestie, a family member, your partner and lets feel good together.
Class will be held at the meadows, the meeting point will be Uplands Roast (a small coffee stall close to George Square - The univeristy of Edinburgh). Depending on how busy the park is and what’s on - we may need to walk to find a suitable spot to run the class so please arrive 5-10 mins early to ensure we can start class on time and you don’t get lost.
Class will be held outside, so please wear weather appropriate clothing. Bring water, a mat/towel, and some extra layers with you to keep you hydrated and cosy while exercising.
This class is designed to help people feel fitter and healthier, while also getting to enjoy some time outdoors after work/studying to ensure you’re not only feeling physically fit, but also mentally. Meet like-minded people and connect with others in a welcoming and fun environment.
If the weather is awful and class has to be cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.
