12 Week Body Transformation 

Our 12 week in-person body transformation programme is designed to help you achieve your fitness & lifestyle goals.

Combining strength training, Pilates, and yoga practices will help you to become the healthiest version of yourself physically and mentally. Whether your fitness goal is weight-loss, weight-gain, or to build muscle - we want you to move well, live happy, and feel good.

With your total dedication and commitment, over the course of the 12 week programme, we will deliver the best training possible to ensure you get the best results.

Choose between 1-3 PT sessions per week.

We will design a uniquely tailored body transformation programme based on your health & lifestyle goals and we will give you all the help and information you need to ensure long-term success after the programme has ended. You do, however, always have the option to continue with sessions if you feel you need more time.

On top of fitness training, you also have the option to add nutritional support, mobility & flexibility training, relaxation practices, postural correction, and meditation techniques into their programme to ensure your overall well-being and longevity.

Our goal is for you to finish each training session feeling stronger, sitting taller, and breathing better.


8 week kickstarter

This in-person programme is designed to help you build confidence in a gym environment.

Over 8 weeks learn how to use a variety of gym equipment, perfect form & technique on all exercises, and learn how to build your own training programme based on your fitness goals and schedule.

You will attend 1 session per week, each week you will learn a full body workout on 1 piece of gym equipment:

Week 1: Barbells

Week 2: Machines

Week 3: Dumbbells

Week 4: Cables

Week 5: Functional

Week 6: Bodyweight

Week 7: Cardio

Week 8: Create your own programme

After every session you will recieve a log of your workout. This includes a copy of each exercise you learned, what weights you used, and how many sets & reps you achieved.

During the final session you will learn how to build your own personal programme based on your fitness goals and your schedule. You can choose how many workouts you do, what exercises you want to incorporate, and how long you want you workouts to be.


6 week online programme

Whether you want to train at home with minimal equipment, or go to your local gym, we offer a 6 week online training programme designed to help challenge your current fitness levels and better your normal workout routine.

It can be hard knowing what exercises are best to add into your workout routine. You can often get stuck doing the same thing week after week, without seeing results.

Our 6 week training programme is ideal for those who:

-Are confident in a gym environment but feel they need to mix-up their normal workout routine without having to pay for PT sessions or long-term fitness programmes.

-Are finding it hard to find motivation to get back into the gym, and want a hand starting up again.

-Want to go to the gym on their own but don’t know what exercises are most beneficial for them.

6 weeks is the perfect timeline to be able to learn new exercises, see a change in ability/form/technique, and to not get bored of repeating the same routine.

Once the 6 weeks has been completed, we can set you up with a new programme if you want to continue.


5 Session Block
