Our 12 week in-person body transformation programme is designed to help you achieve your fitness & lifestyle goals.
Combining strength training, Pilates, and yoga practices will help you to become the healthiest version of yourself physically and mentally. Whether your fitness goal is weight-loss, weight-gain, or to build muscle - we want you to move well, live happy, and feel good.
With your total dedication and commitment, over the course of the 12 week programme, we will deliver the best training possible to ensure you get the best results.
Choose between 1-3 PT sessions per week.
We will design a uniquely tailored body transformation programme based on your health & lifestyle goals and we will give you all the help and information you need to ensure long-term success after the programme has ended. You do, however, always have the option to continue with sessions if you feel you need more time.
On top of fitness training, you also have the option to add nutritional support, mobility & flexibility training, relaxation practices, postural correction, and meditation techniques into their programme to ensure your overall well-being and longevity.
Our goal is for you to finish each training session feeling stronger, sitting taller, and breathing better.
