Join us at 11am on Sat 7th March at Out of the Blue Drill Hall for a full body Pilates class.
This 1 hour class will involve a 45 minute Pilates workout followed by a 15 minute relaxation to ensure you leave feeling strong and energised.
This class is suitable for all levels, modifications and advancements will be available where needed.
Pilates is a great way to build confidence in your body. This high energy, low impact workout is a great way to feel strong and energised.

CLASS INFORMATION:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to class.
BYOM [bring your own mat… Or towel] as the venue doesn’t store them.
Please wear comfortable gym clothes you can move in.
Please bring water with you to stay hydrated.
