Join us on Sat 7th March at 12:15pm for a 1 hour and 15 minute Yoga class.
This class will involve 30 minutes of Vinyasa [movement], 30 minutes of Yin [stretching], and 15 minutes of relaxation. This class will leave you feeling calm and grounded.
This class is suitable for all levels, modifications and advancements will be made where needed.
Yoga is a great way to calm your mind and body, it strengthens and mobilises your body in a gentle and thoughtful way.

CLASS INFORMATION:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to class.
BYOM [bring your own mat… Or towel] as the venue doesn’t store them.
Please wear comfortable gym clothes you can move in.
Please bring water with you to stay hydrated.
